What is Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)?
BYOK means you can use your own API keys from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini. This gives you full control over costs, data routing, and model selection. All plans include BYOK at no extra charge.
Is my email data private?
Email storage, indexing, and search happen locally on your Mac. We don't store, read, or have access to your emails, contacts, or attachments. AI features only call the provider you choose with your own key — and an on-device-only mode is available via Apple Intelligence for users who don't want any AI traffic to leave the device.

What email providers are supported?
Unleashed Mail currently supports Google (Gmail, Google Workspace) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Exchange Online) via secure API access. This provides faster, more reliable syncing than traditional IMAP connections.
How will the managed AI Agent subscription work?
The managed AI Agent option is on the way. It will be a tiered subscription with predictable monthly pricing — not per-token billing. Today every plan includes Bring Your Own Key, so you can start using AI features immediately while we finalize the managed option.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.
